arms a bit aching now..
cos went gym ytd..
with bryan, henry and francis..
the three jokers..
they were laming and crapping all the way
and i was laughing most of the time..
haha..
anyway..
did 10 pull ups using the pull up machine!
haha..
thats the main reason why my arms ache lah..
haha..
den used the staircase climbing machine..
and i climbed a total of 100.2 floors!
haha..
was sweating like mad after that..
ran on the treadmill, rowing, striding and all kinds of crap..
haha..

went causeway with them after that..
and henry ran into breadtalk to grab doughnuts..
haha..
all the workouts wasted..
haha..:P

currently hooked to a psp game: 300 march to glory
its a bit gory but its fun lah..
kinda sadistic..:P
haha..
i wanna watch its movie now..
but sadly..
its m18!!!

the trailer featured in the game is seriously nice!
gotta watch the movie somehow..:P
